An entrepreneur at heart, Andrew has spent the past 16 years working with a variety of high performing organizations serving in an areas of information technology management and leadership, customer support and services, engineering, product management, and technical sales. Andrew's mindset has never been defined by a title or role but instead absolute customer focus, tied back to business opportunity. His fundamental view is people do business with people trust, which is earned through transparent conversations and aligning mutual interests.

Andrew has B.S. in Informatics from the University of Washington which is a top rated computer science, engineering and design program worldwide. While his academic focus was engineering, design, and security he put all of that together early in his career working with fortune 100 clients at Microsoft, like GSK, Adobe, Toyota, Walmart, and Amazon. In his vast experience working at venture capital backed start-ups he has worked with clients like Microsoft, AWS, Google, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Nordstrom, Honeywell and dozens of other organizations on the intersection of forming business and technical relationships and that yielded over $57 million in revenue due to his direct efforts. Andrew has receive accolades from leaders in Product Management, Sales, Engineering for his cross-functional team first efforts to make good things happen.

In 2020, at the height of the global COVID-19 pandemic realized just how fragile organizations can be without proper leadership, advisory, and guidance. It was then that Andrew was inspired to start his own consulting business because he found that many organizations had the same challenges, incredibly talented individuals being guided by outdated business and product growth tactics and how various companies were plagued by a disconnect between technology, business and product development.

Today, Andrew leads a thriving consulting business focused on outcomes, trust, and providing insights based on experience, client case studies, and offering various services to help his clients businesses achieve the success they deserve.
